Oh my days, just watched the one tonight where he got shocked putting the plug in for the stereo. All sitting in the dark , not one of them could flick a breaker switch back on in the fusebox between the 3 of em , absolutely diabolical! , and what's all this get the landlord to sort it out? ... Sort what out exactly?? it was a bleeding wire that came out of a plug that most probably saiorsa Ronan's dimwit father (sorry I mean the character... Anto is it? ) wired up incorrectly in the first bleeding place! Not the bleeding house electrics

Who was the nurse in the Collins house for Darragh, is that Ama's replacement, no doctor in Dr. Judy's clinic?

I'm not 100% sure I think they went to Will.
Will seems cool about talking about his patients to the locals when they ask.
The whole set up of the medical center that Will works in is confusing.
    Is it public/private or what.

The nurse was female, she said he needed an xray

Is Will working in Dolly's centre?

    Sorry I missed that bit.

I got that impression about Will but I could be wrong.

I don't understand Paul's sudden hatred vendetta against the Collins, Hayley and him weren't serious and why is Carol of all people listening to him

I think they clashed from day one and they also played music to loud.

He's really being an arrogant yoke in the past few days.

I have zero idea. I didn't think Carol and him got on.

I thought so too as she was Niamh's friend and Robbie helped Dermot, did Carol know of the "plan"?

I think we're smarter than the writers.

And Bella's calls was one of those scams.
I was hoping for a return of one of the Doyle's!

When did Eoghan start working at the garage and why did he ask Doug if he wanted him to work notice. I though Sean was in charge at the garage at the moment.

Cos the writers have run out of ideas for what to do with either of them. Absolute drivel, their characters are so past their sell by dates.
I've said it before but the writer's only hope for Paul is to give him a road to Damascus event - another heart attack or whatever. Think Scrooge and the ghost of Christmas past. Let him see the error of his ways. We could end up with a nice, caring Paul instead of the gobs**** we have to endure now. They'd get another 10 years or so out of that. That would bring Tony Tormley up to retirement age or thereabouts. The alternative is more and more of the same until he inherits Bella's jumpers and sits around moaning all day.

    End of rant !

Seriously the dope who got a shock, needed his mammy to mollycoddle him. Also for the love of God enough with the monotone....that family are so annoying....i wish one of the doyles came back and evicted them all.

I don't know. They don't seem big into social welfare in Carraigstown!

I think the idea of Paul and Carol teaming up against the Collins family is that Paul always has to have an ally to strengthen his fight. And before, he would have used Oisin. He saw that Carol was having issues with them, so he honed in on that and got her on side. Strength in numbers.

    Or, i could be wrong.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer mention again - it was Ellie's favourite thing for a few weeks last year. One of these writers loves dropping it into the script!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 163 ✭✭floraldream

Drives me mad,Paul always lurking around corners listening in. Such lazy writing.
Writer A- "how will Paul find that out"
Writer B- "errr he was eavesdropping..again"
    Ok!

Did Darragh hurt his arm from the electric shock itself or did the electric shock cause him to fall over and he injured his arm in the fall? Kind of perplexed here.

The Gangsters wife can’t even keep quiet over pulling a plug out of a socket, what a load of ****e.... She was running pubs n clubs in the past that were all ceased by CAB after..... this incident with the Collins would have been chicken feed to the likes of her.
