Cooking lessons

Any one know of cooking lessons in the Dundalk, Blackrock area? My middleaged brother lives with his elderly parents and could do with expanding his skills beyond throwing on a pizza. I'm not seeing anything on the nighcourses sites and don't live in the area myself.
