An TSean Mhargadh apartments, Greenlanes, Drogheda

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy an apartment and came across An TSean Mhargadh apartments in Greenlanes that appear to be a good value for money but I have a couple of questions for those that now the area:

1) Any Pyrites problems in these apartments or in Drogheda in general?

2) How are these apartments and Greenlanes area in terms of anti social behavior?

3) Does anybody knows if these apartments can have fiber internet?

4) How much time does it roughly take to go from the Greenlanes to Dublin city center by car during peak morning hours?
