Door sound insulation

Looking to add some Silentcoat/dynamat to the doors in the car. Current shape Skoda Superb. Can't for the life of me figure out how to remove the door cards. Can anyone recommend a place in Dublin that will dynamat the doors or remove the door cards for me so I can do the job?
