    Travel a good bit probably 30k per year. This may reduce as some of the kids are moving out. I won't have to be a taxi as much. I have some people telling me not to go diesel.

    Unless you have to buy a diesel then I'd go petrol.
    There may be bans in future and such.

    On topic, between Honda and Hyundai, it's a toss up.
    Go test drive both and see which you like more.

    Civic estate all day.

    Quite a nippy little thing when it needs to be, or a very frugal mile muncher when that is required too.
