2019 VW Golf 1.0 TSI Highline

Anyone know if the battery in 2019 VW Golf 1.0 TSI should be covered? (In soft black fabric around sides and/or top). Mine isn’t. Also - no VW branding on black engine cover under bonnet. Normal? Thanks!

The no branding is normal anyway.
