No certificate of destruction

Hi,

Can You give me any advice if I don´t have any certificate of destruction and my car has been scrapped ?

I want to inform shannon to stop sending me tax renewal forms, but i don´t have certificate of destruction.

Yes i made a mistake and gave the car to a guy who said he will sort out all scrap.

Did you give him the log book?.
If so, get a replacement and add his details as the buyer and return to Shannon. All supposing you know where he lives/works

no, i didn´t gave him the log book and i don´t know his details, i will try to find his phone number and ask him where was it scrapped.

I can´t find the logbook, i have lost it somewhere at home.

Get a replacement and phone Shannon on Tuesday. Explain what happened and ask them to put a note on the cars file. Can't change ownership but at least it's recorded
