Score draw tonight and Liverpool to give them a hiding at Anfield

Think this could go the way of City/Liverpool last year, or Bayern/Barca about 6 or 7 years ago, where Bayern tanked them.

Barca haven't been tested. Poor enough defense, disjointed midfield by their own standards, where they look labored and slow alot of the time and rely on individual talent up front. If that's snuffed out, Liverpool will blitz them on the break. Could really see a very bad beating for Barca tonight

All the talk is Roberto starting RB, I'm weeping. Mane vs him is a bloodbath

Hang on a twitter account called footballfights is actually not in favour of football fights?

    Morons obviously.

Barca can be got at, United should have scored at least once in the Nou Camp. They didn't score because they are woeful, but the point stands that the Barcelona defence isn't infallible.

:( The got at thing again.

No defence is infallible. The legendary Italian sides conceded goals too.

You should back them if you are!

I think this game will be won in midfield, by Barcelona.

    3-1 Barcelona.

I'm worryingly confident that Liverpool will really hurt Barcelona on the break. Want to say 3-1 to Liverpool but Jaysus, it's Barcelona with Messi and Suarez.

    No Firmino.

    Gomez starts at RB.

Keita, Milner, Fabinho and Wij all start.

There’s a lot of Liverpool’s perceived threat on the break gone :(

Looks a fairly conservative team from Liverpool. Keep it tight, nick a goal on the break.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I think this is quite interesting - Klopp has left two big runners on the bench - it could be a ploy to keep it tight defensively while posing a threat from Robbo/Mane on left flank and Keita/Salah and then hopefully springing Henderson and TAA later to stretch Barca's full backs. Just looking at Barcaforum and they are fairly annoyed at Vidal/Buscuits in same midfield and Roberto starting this.

I'd say it's 3-5-2 for Liverpool with Milner RWB, no?

Looking forward to it. Think I'm right in saying VVD hasn't had anyone dribble past him in a ridiculously long time. If anyone can do it though it's Messi. Coutinho and Suarez up against their old clubs makes for an interesting subplot. Think Liverpool can get some joy via Mane. Barca's FBs do like to bomb forward and will leave plenty of space.

Tough to call but I'll go 2-1 Barca.

Thought that myself. Milner as a natural right-sided player up against Messi to counter him cutting in from the wing and shooting on his right.

The Liverpool lineup looks very conservative .
Not the right tactics to be going to the Nou Camp .
    Strongly fancy Barcelona now.

We haven't played 3-5-2 for as long as I can remember we aren't going to start in the Camp Nou. Had expected Gomez to start right back as Trent has a lot of games in him and has been iffy defensively at times. Its either a diamond with Keita in behind the front two or the normal 4-3-3 with Keita on the left and Mane up top.

Going to go out on a limb here, but I don't think Liverpool will lose either tie.

I can see a draw tonight, and a victory at home.

And if Klopp goes for it, I think they could get a win tonight as well.

Liverpool should comfortably win over 2 legs. Draw tonight and 3.1 at home. United fan.

Strong spine for Liverpool. Think we will go with 442 with naby at the top of the diamond

Tempted...thinking 1.1 tonight. Barcelona aren't great at all.

Back now. Thats the message it was giving me. With Eir it wouldn't have been a shock to do something like that for a few hours on a night like this.:)

It's a bit park the bus from Klopp.

It could back fire but I would fancy Pool on the counter, if that's how they're going to play.

You don't want to lose away but if you do, keep it 2 - 1 and you've a great chance at home especially a side as good as Pool are at home.

Is this game seriously not on terrestrial TV? That's a disgrace imo
