I submitted an FOI request for a healthcare record over 6 months ago, and received confirmation shortly after I sent it. I have been trying to contact the FOI officer but he does not answer calls, reply to voicemails or emails. Has anyone had this experience with having to wait this long?

FOI or subject access request? Medical records can fall under either. Should not take that long, did you make the request directly to the health care provider or to the HSE?
