Need advice please on Mutsubishi Canter

got a 1998 canter 7.5 ton and was driving well, Was sitting up for few days and now wont start at all, put booster to her and it has diesel in the tank but wont start, anyone help

As in the starter motor isn’t turning or it’s turning and the engine isn’t catching?
