Looking at investing this amount per month over a 2 year period will be looking till withdraw it then till pay for my wedding. As it's a wedding I wouldn't want high risk. Any ideas?

A regular savings account with the highest interest rate - think it's KBC at the minute.
Time period is too short for any equity based investment imo

What return would that give say on €700 a month over 24 months?

Based on KBC's calculator you'd save €16,862 in their regular saver account. 700 a month over 24 months is €16,800. So you'd make €62 in interest. You'd be very hard pressed to find much higher returns over such a short term.
