Anyone know how the fixed price generally compares against average pump prices?

I am not expecting to save much money, just was considering getting one for convenience of not having to pay each time and having better records for accounts.

I had on for a few years on the fixed weekly price and it varied alot for a while but now I still get the price alerts every week and its usually within a cent of pump prices.
