As per the tweet above which I wont repeat, as no charges have been filed or case come to court, is Conor McGregor in a position to sue Khabib Nurmagomedov for libel now based on this tweet?

You won't repeat? Isn't posting the tweet repeating it?
No, he's not in a position to sue. He'd rather keep it as quiet as possible. Why would he want it to come out in a court case against Khabib.

Charges haven't been filed yet.
