it would seem the Explosives act 1875 and the explosive substances act don't forbid sharing info
and only the british terroroism act of 2000 make thought crimes illegal

There's nothing in schedule 2 of the cja2006 about info.

So I'd say possession of info on bombmaking is legal; possession of info on making an explosive is legal. But use of that info for certain reasons is unlawful, or illegal.

And there's the catch all of the offenses against the state act to let a cop say they know you're a terrorist.
