Independent Peugeot with diagnostics capability, Dublin

Windscreen wipers stopped working. Motor is okay; power isn't getting into it, though. Hamilton Auto Electrical couldn't fix it: they told me to bring it to a dealer, which has diagnostic capability. Gowan is very expensive, so does anyone know of a cheaper, independent garage that could fix it? Dublin area. Thanks.

These guys are taking a look at it; they've Peugeot diagnostic equipment.
