What's Adare traffic like 8.30am?

I have an appointment in Tralee for 10am in two weeks time. What's the traffic like in Adare going South around 8.30am? Would I be better going by Foynes?

You should be fine. All traffic in Adare at that time is going the other way. Personally if I were heading to Tralee at that hour I would go via Adare. Much better road and more opportunity to overtake compared to the Coast road.
I dropped a friend out to Adare at 8:30 last week and flew in. Luckily he was only going as far as the Dunraven so I didn't get to enjoy the Traffic heading into Adare towards Limerick
