    It's got 118k km on it.

    Anyone confirm whether this car has a timing belt or chain and when (whatever it is) is due for replacing??

    Belt, due every 210k kms.

    Weren't there a few different 2.0 TDi engines in the A6 in 2015 - old 177bhp engine which was then replaced by the engines with 150bhp or 190bhp in the facelift? Do they all have the same t/b interval?

    Probably should have contacted a main dealer, in the beginning, anyway, they say it has as belt and that its due for replacement at 120k kms.
    €500 for the belt
    €100 for the water pump

    feck it,

    anyone know an independant VAG mechanic, North County Dublin !!
