Seat Inca / Caddy spare wheel holder

Long shot but if anyone out there has a Seat Inca or 98ish Caddy could you post a picture of the spare wheel holder assembly?! Bought one today without the spare wheel & want to know what I'm missing & how I can gunther up one. Thanks!
