"Grown up job" present?

My brother's girlfriend had a birthday recently and just got her first graduate job. It's in an advertising office, she's the social media person, so not a super traditional or conservative setting but not casual either.

I'd like to get her something to say congrats, I was thinking maybe a handbag she could use for work? Anybody any suggestions for where to look/what to look for forsomething appropriate around the €100 mark or is there anything else a better gift for starting work in an office out of college? I've never worked in that kind of environment and she's the person I'd normally ask for these sort of suggestions, I wouldn't have a clue.

She's early 20s, dark hair pale skin, tall and fuller figured.

I'd feel weird getting a present in that situation, but I want a decent travel mug for work. So that's a present I would like.

It's mostly a birthday present but thought I might as well get her a combo one, we're pretty close like wouldn't normally drop a hundred euro on a new job thing

Some bags by Other Stories or Uterque could work. Like Uterque's cross body bag:

Or you could check brands like Matt and Nat. It's vegan and all that bs that seems to be fashionable at the moment. But more importantly it's a bit cheaper than real leather.

I also have half an eye on some Arket,'s nylon bags but I think they are a bit too old for her.

A good laptop bag/handbag possibly. There’s nothing worse than having the same black nylon corporate backpack/bag that everyone else gets assigned.
