Why has my aunts Internet been disconnected

    My elderly aunt has had her Internet disconnected and hasn't been given any reason

    She has been go en nothing in writing and we cannot get through to you

    What is going on

    Could you PM the following details and I will investigate why the broadband is not working?
    1 Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder / Authorised User? 

    As soon as I get this information I will look into this.
