A family member has asked me to attend meeting. I really want to do my best for them.
I'm aware I'm only there as support and possibly to remind them of points they may forget, but can anyone advise on questions we need to ask?

It is property dispute if that information helps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you sat down with the family member and talked through the entire dispute.

Have you written down all the points that you want to raise with the Barrister.

Yes i would be up to speed with all details.
She has all her case questions ready but are there any typical but important questions that a barrister would usually be asked, that we may have overlooked?

I assume your friend's solicitor has already sent all relevant details of the case to the barrister.
The consultation would be to clarify points arising and so the barrister can assess how your friend would perform in the box

    All info has been transferred.
Ok so barrister will quiz them on details to see how they cope with questionning? Am i correct in thinking that the purpose of meeting is really to go through all the important points and we don't need to have a barrage of questions?
