Mark English's long run

I know Cathal Dennehy did a piece a few weeks back where Mark discussed the benefits of doing the long run.
My question is does anyone know and can reference what distance he's covering.
Jerry k seemed to pluck 10 miles out of the air while covering the indoors as did our senior coach but I can't find that anywhere?

I found this the other day, haven't listened to it all yet but Mark is mentioned in there towards the start ( specifically around long run).....not sure if they go on to discuss it in more detail later on in the show

10-12 miles at about 6min/mile.

Magness mentioned in an pretty old podcast how he would split longer runs into a 20-30min run, followed by general circuit training, and another 20-30 minutes.

There's a danger when other coaches don't have the full picture but yet take a snippet and feel vindicated, so interesting to hear how his long run is broken up.

Well from what I can gather he used to break them up (according to the podcast I heard a while ago) but the article implies he does them continuously now.
You're right though, the article also mentions biomechanics fixes and being injury free which helped contribute to a return to form.
