If you wish to cancel your account the process to do this can be found here

If you wish to unlock your phone I can do that here.
If you could PM the following details?
1. Registered Name
2. Registered Address
3. Account Number
4. DOB
5. Are you the Account Holder?
6. Mobile Number & PIN
7. Make, model and IMEI of your phone.

Wow Eir. You are helpful. I am counting the days for my Vodafone contract to expire. I feel I`ve been mugged, they were supposed to be giving me 30 giggs of broadband a month but some "months" ran out after 5 days of light use!
