Really need to keep Lukaku playing either off the last defender or driving from deep. He can't play back to goal between the lines but is very good facing the goal and with a bit more conviction could have driven at the defence as he had the space to a few times. A different player when he plays like that but his limitations are very unfortunate for a player with his build.

He's an international ambassador for Liverpool and he got a lot of criticism a year back when he credited Benzema with helping him move to United. There was a bit of a campaign to remove him from his role. If he was seen celebrating a United goal, he'd get even more abuse.

From what I can tell a bit he might be a confidence player... everything going right for him when the team is playing well and things look easy as it gets...when the team not going great he seems to struggle... I’d like to see him rise above that and be the one to influence and drag the team from average to awesome...

I got behind him when he was at the club but he's become very unlikeable since leaving.
