Holiday Visa

    Just looking for a bit of advice here.Hope to head to the US in the summer for a 2 week holiday and I am looking for information on a holiday Visa.Was in court last summer for an incident I was involved in a few years ago.Ended up with the probation act for the incident.I have no previous convictions.Would I have a problem getting a Visa?And would I have to declare I got the probation act when applying for the Visa
