Nextdoor do put their bins out but don't take them in.
If I'v put mine out I'll take theirs in with mine otherwise I'll take it in after walking the dog at night.
Last time I'd no bin out and didn't walk the dog at night so didn't take it in.

The bin has been missing near two weeks now but she was fast getting the other bin in after last collection.

People who leave their bins out are mad, literally asking for trouble. Sure we lasted a whole year in college not paying bin charges, dumping our bags under the cover of darkness into unsuspecting wheelie bins
