Broadband dropping in and out constantly

    Can someone from eir please help, having issues with broadband knocking off and really low speeds with a while now, it happens intermittently. Either no connection, speeds of 1 or 2 Mbps or fully working. Tried on various devices, rebooted modem etc. Help would be appreciated as customer service in past has been useless, regards
