Advice on how long to get phone line up and running

    Hi,

    Just a quick question on how long it takes to get a phone line up and running in a house. There is a phone line coming into the house but it is just a wire - it has never had a port attached or been activated.

    Are you sure there is a line there? If there was never service then it's unlikely there is a line there.
    A new line can take anywhere from 4 days to months depending on what is needed to get the line in - things like civils if ducting is blocked can mean big wait times.

    60 days is the budget I have for any commercial customers moving, eir have exceeded my 60 day window a few times, estimate for that though, most of the time it works out within that.
