Cheap, legal Windows 10 Pro?

Trying to get Win 10 Pro on a laptop that has an old Win 7 license (might be Enterprise, not sure). What's the cheapest legal way to do/buy this?

I have Win 10 Home on another laptop (free upgrade from Win 7 Home OEM), but as I understand it this can't be moved to the target laptop, so it's effectively useless here.

I used the process outlined on the link below a couple of weeks ago to update Win 8 to Win 10. Says it also works for Win 7.

Whatever you do, please try your best to stay away from cheap keys on ebay, amazon or similar. They can seem tempting, and even work, but eventually you'll find that they are either for the wrong edition than advertised, or are enterprise keys that expire in 30 days that were found in some e-waste bin by a guy looking for a quick buck. :rolleyes:
