    How do I activate voicemail on my eir mobile without sitting onhold on the phone or onhold on chat.

    Have you dialled 171 to see if it is already enabled?

    Yes have done that but it says customer support has to be run to activate it.

    Could you PM the following details and I can get voicemail set up for you?
    1. Mobile Number
    2. Pin Number
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
