Richarlison and Alisson out for Son and Fabianski for -4, no brainer?

Not sure I'd do it for a hit tbh. Neither Richarlisons nor Alissons fixtures are bad this week and West Ham don't do CS.

Could come back to bite you, that one.

Have to sell Sterling or TAA to get Son in for Richarlison.

Think it’s time to get rid of TAA and stop waiting for him to get back.

In Son was flying up in price I’d leave it for a week and let Richarlison play against his old team.

    Aguero > Auba

    or

    Sterling > Son

    or

    Both for -4?

I have that dreaded feeling that Son will be rested for this GW or the next. If someone has any rationale as to why he'd play both games AND play Dortmund (at home on Weds), that might help my decision?

Edit: Okay, didn't realise there is a 10 day break between Dortmund and Burnley BUT 4 days after Burnley they have Chelsea away.

    Ageuro to Auba

Laporte (altho what a week he's had) to Doherty.

    Two reasons.

    1. He will have had 8 days rest prior to Leicester.
    2. Spurs are in a title hunt and they need him.

Bonus reason: Poch might actually rest him in the CL if he thinks the League is a better option (and it is)

Similar enough dilemma but I'm keeping Sterling and looking at replacing Sane.

Either Aguero or Sane or both for a -4?
    Sane seems no brainer.

I am also moving away from Son and looking to Mane as a differential. He has 3 in 3 games, could of had more and been Liverpools bright spark in a dull period.I think Liverpool need to produce a reaction too.

Ill be doing sane to mane

What do we think about a -4 of Sterling and Quaner to McNeil and Auba? I REALLY want Auba

    Would leave me:

    Alisson
    Laporte AWB Doherty
    Pogba Salah Jota Son
    Aguero Rashford Auba

    Subs: Speroni Tarkowski Bednarek McNeil

Note: I've already wildcarded and have used FH. Just BB and TC left.

Ah the old Sané Mané plan-é.

i would be absolutely flabbergasted if Son is rested. it would make Pep look predictable in comparison.

Kane and Alli are injured. he is by far and way their most potent player and he's had 8 days rest.

he'll play. there is no doubt in my mind.

Is there a better option sub 10m than Mané?
    Already have Salah, Son, Jota.

Pogba? (Think he's under 10 still)

Getting worried by my lack of Son or Arsenal coverage for this weekend...

    Feel my options are to do;
    Aguero - Laca
Sterling & Aguero to Son & Auba (-4)
Ederson, Fraser, Aguero to Guiata, Son & Laca (-8)

Between doing any of those or else just keeping my transfer for next week as I am Wildcardless. Team is currently

    Ederson, Boruc
    Robertson, Digne, Doherty, AWB, Bednarek
    Salah, Sterling, Pogba, Fraser, Camarasa
    Aguero, Jiminez, Rashford

Doing pretty well so far this year but stumped for this weekend!

    Current squad is:

    Allison, Guaita

Robertson, Laporte, Doherty, Bednarek, Wan B

    Salah, Sane, Son, Nasri, Puncheon

    Aguero, Rashford, Jiminez

All have decent home fixtures, except for Rashford (away to Fulham) and Nasri - who will be transferred.

    Seriously thinking about BB.

Nasri > Iwobi would be my free transfer...considering Aguero > Auba, as I think Arsenal could run riot v Huddersfield.

Thoughts? Kind of excited to get rid of BB early (Wildcard already used).

Bench would be: Guaita (WHU), Wan B (WHU), Bednarek (CRY), Puncheon (ARS)........aside from Puncheon, don't think they get much better than that and even he might sneak a set piece

Emery said he should be fine for the weekend.

But is that enough to bring him in for a -4?! That's the question.

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,511 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

Pondering swapping Sane for Pogba and noticed he hasn't scored away from home in the league since Ole took over. Sup with that!

    But he's got 13, 3, 5 and 7 pts in those games.
    7 points/game.

    Cant argue with that.

He’s great at coming off the bench and getting points so wouldn’t worry!

Would love to bring in some Leicester coverage as they have dream fixtures but nobody stands out.

    Chilwell or Pereira maybe?

The problem is that they do worse in the better fixtures.

    Typical.

I was hoping, this week, I’d claw back some of the money I’ve lost on him.

Paraphrase Arsenal manager - ‘Pierre is not feeling the Mae West today but he’ll be grand for the game on Saturday’

    FPL response - yellow flag

Annoys the **** out of me every time.

I'll definitely be buying a Leicester player soon. Great fixtures, no blanks and pretty cheap. Chilwell and Pereira both look like good options.

Sometimes it helps to write it down.

I didn’t do the Aubameyang to Aguero last week but mostly because I’d decided I was going to TC Sterling even if I did bring in Aguero.

I want to upgrade Richarlison this week to Son.

I have to take a -4 to do it.

    My options -

TAA & Richarlison to Peltier & Son

Richarlison & Sterling to Son & whoever I want but leaning toward KDB

Richarlison & Aubameyang to Son & Lacazette

I could just do Sterling to Son for no hit but that would leave nearly 4m in the bank.

I was really leaning toward getting rid of TAA but looking at the above now I think getting in Son and KDB might work.

    Anyone with thoughts ?

I've a feeling Leicester and their good run will be a trap. They didn't do much in their nice run of fixtures earlier in the season so I don't expect it to be any better now, especially seeing they have nothing to play for. They are inconsistent and mediocre against teams who sit back and don't give them the space to play their counter attacking football, unlike the top 6 who they have excelled against.
