Privacy policy + T&C's for my Business

I started my small business recently and looking for help getting back privacy policy and Terms and Conditions put together.

I've dealt with two solicitors so far but struggling with getting the job done.

Looking for recommendations or at least guidance of what to search for as my googling isn't specific enough to find the right type of solicitors.

It's a small tech related consulting business so specialty in that area would help.

You would need to go to boutique commercial firms.

Its not cheap. you'd be looking at 3k to 5k to get it done properly.

Can you not just copy the T&C's for your local take-away?

C'mon STC you can do better and be more informative than that

There are similar companies to mine that I could scrape their T&C's, but another part of it is to ensure it is adapted properly for my business, and that I can be walked through it to be well versed in what it actually means.

The place I'm working with at the moment is just under 1K for the T&C's alone.

It was a Brexit related joke, sorry OP.

This is always an expensive step, because the firm drawing up the legals has to understand your business, and the risks involved, pretty well before drafting meaningful documentation. I had the same docs drawn up for a similar business (although it traded internationally, which added to the cost), and the total cost ended up around €15,000.

However, in the early days, I just paid for some T&C and PP generator, and then spent a weekend modifying it for my business.

OK thanks, I've seen an Irish online service selling templates, so I might use that & take the relatively low risk with it.
