Looking for a decent but cheap keyboard that lights up in the dark

So, have used KB-CHM-MBBLUS-01 in the past, which wasn't great, but it did the job.

Got this, but after just under 2 months of use, the buttons are acting up.

For example, when typing some buttons will type multiple times, such as ttttttttthhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisss, etc, when I'm only clicking the key once. Happens even when connected direct to the PC (had been happening via a KVM switch before). The W10 "Filter Keys" can prevent this, but it means you have to type a lot slower, which is a PITA.

Thus, looking for a cheap keyboard where I can see the letters of the keys in the dark, like below, but it will last for a decent amount of time.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried cleaning out the keys in case it's dust / dirt that's causing the problem with the repeating?

I bought this one on Ali Express a few weeks ago. It came this week and I've only used it a few times yet but despite the unknown brand of mechanical keys it feels nice. I can't vouch for longevity though.

It looks a bit naff in the online photos but it's actually quite tasty. I can PM a pic of mine tomorrow if you want.

It also appears to have dropped in price since! I paid about 35 for mine.

Sadly, wouldn't be able to use, due to lack of numpad.

You should have bought one of those gaming keyboards from lidl when they had them. They will get them in again but not for a while

Got one. Not backlit glowing light under the keys but not actually coming through to light up the letters. Actually very difficult to use as the glow blinds you from seeing the letters on the keys.

I was just in the non-expensive market for a mechanical keyboard that has plain lights! They all have the RGB colours going on

Aren't they usually programmable though? As in you can choose to just have one colour.

That isn't a mechanical keyboard either, just a cheap normal keyboard with RGB lighting.

I got an Aula Demon King 886 mechanical keyboard about a year ago. Great keyboard, nice led back-light (through the keys), key action reasonably quiet. Very happy with it. Daily general and gaming use.
