Why are you guys trawling up news stories on this woman.
My Jesus, there's a whole lot wrong out there in our society, but let's hammer the traveller.
Hope it makes you all feel good and righteous.

Why are you adding to the thread?
Magaret brought up the issue about being discriminated for being a traveller and we're here to discuss it.

If you disclose your personal life, by any means, then you need to take the trolls, the fans and all the positives and negatives it brings.
She initially put herself in the spotlight by putting a picture of her children in a Garda station on social media.
Since then, she has repeatedly put herself out there.
She has then to realise she's game ball for what comes her way.
I don't see anything wrong with discussing, or reading about her here, I'm paying taxes to keep her and her children fed, clothed and housed.

NO CASH TONIGHT Homeless mum Margaret Cash claims she was refused from pub with Traveller friend.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thesun.ie/news/3711502/margaret-cash-claims-refused-pub-traveller-pal/amp/

Wow, The Sun really will just post any old crap these days.. An absolute non-story if they'd actually watched the videos. Nothing about the venue being racist and only about her turning up drunk & aggresive.

Now there's a traveller setting a good example!

This lady must be on some serious wage :pac: to be able to afford raising 7 kids, nights out in the pub and a babysitter to mind them all

How can she have a 'local' when she is homeless??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,108 ✭✭✭KrustyUCC

“(They said) ‘When was the last time you were here?’ I said about two or three weeks ago, I said ‘I’m not sure, it’s the last time I got a babysitter obviously.

"Ms Cash added that she and her pal weren't dressed up as they hadn't planned on going out and had only drank two cans of beer each before they went to the pub."

If she wasn't planning on going out why did she get a babysitter for the seven angles?

Since she's now single would she be eligible for this years Dublin Rose for the Rose of Tralee?

One of my friends on FB refers to her as an Irish Rosa Parks.

What an insult to Rosa Parks.

Or she could do a demo of how to steal €300 worth of clothes from Penny's. It's impressive to be able to carry that amount of stuff.

Do you really think she got a babysitter in? Not bloody likely.

Why wouldn't she, she has hundreds to spend each month on facebook raffles. Paying for a baby sitter should be no big deal.

They let them off on the streets though.....

I've had ones as young as 3 and 4 alone getting on the bus from outside halting sites....

Not unless she’s doing it for free. Can’t see her giving up the golden goose.

Kitty Holland says that the refusal of margaret into the pub is racism.

Twitter User points out that Margaret liked a comment on her video calling one of the Bouncers a 'Dirty Rotton Black F***ing Barstool'

    Lovely.

Didn't you hear? She got housed.

Not her desired home, but she is off the streets (even though she was never on them).

I'm sure I'll sleep well tonight knowing she has a roof over her head.
