Eir Bill is higher - no reason?

    Hi, I added two mobile phones to my existing Broadband and Phone bundle. I wasn't told at the time but this upgraded my Broadband package. I should be getting two mobiles @ 9.99 each. 
    Last month my bill was 82 euros, this month it is 91.50 euros. I can't see why. 
    Also a case was opened at Eir for me 3154083 when I first queried the new pricing, but no one has ever got in touch with me about it. 
    I don't have an hour to spend on hold to Eir and my handset only lasts an hour on the battery.
    I would like a breakdown of my pricing - how much is my core Bundle, and then the two mobile phones.
