Webtext not working

    Currently if I attempt to sent a webtext I can enter the number I wish to sent the text to and I can enter a message. However once I click on the send button I get a popup window "An error occurred" with a close button.

    Hi Psion, 

    Could you advise what browser you are using when this happens? Also could you PM the following details?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
    6. The email address you log into your my eir with?
