That was a big defeat for Milan and wouldn't surprise me if costs Gattuso his job.

Inzaghi, Seedorf, Mihajlovic, Brocchi, Montella, Gattuso
    I'm guessing Donadoni next.

Milan lucky to have VAR there

Watched the highlights and Milan were fortunate not to lose that game. Time is surely up now for Gattuso.

Long term it's not just the manager tho, the team is so bad right now. Slow, low in quality despite all the spending and realistically with Bonaventura injured only 1 player who could be described as creative in Suso(I wouldn't call Calhanoglu creative maybe the people who think he is a good player are creative).

Winner in the 91st minute, 1-0 Inter!

No idea what happened there to Insigne?

Damn I was really hoping with Juve drawing today, that Napoli might close the gap and make it a real race :/

Juve running away with the league again.

At least CL qualification will be a entertaining

Puts Inter 7 clear of Sampdoria in 5th so I'm happy. Can't see anyone catching Juve even with a Napoli win today

I was thinking what a fool Koulibaly was to lose his cool like he did, but if he was subjected to racist abuse then it's a different story.

I'm really surprised how Felipe Anderson is performing in the PL. He was awful for Lazio and wasn't expect much from him in England but he's proving me wrong so far.

I do recall he had one great season for Lazio but then tailed off the following seasons so maybe he'll do the same for West Ham

Hell of a sub appearance from Ilicic for Atalanta. Comes on in the 64th minute and scores a hat-trick. Poor from Sassuolo.

Napoli again leaving it late but got the win.

    Another strong showing from Ronaldo.

Yep, saw the score flash for 2-2 and was delighted with Inter gaining ground but it wasn't to be

BT Sport are showing the Coppa Italia. There will be games Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Games tomorrow are Sampdoria vs Milan from 5pm (BT Sport ESPN) and Bologna vs Juventus from 7:45 (BT Sport 3).

Milan have beaten Sampdoria 2-0 to advance to the quarter-finals thanks to two Cutrone goals in Extra-Time.

Bologna vs Juve kicking off now on BT Sport 3. Ronaldo and Dybala on the bench.
Bologna XI: Da Costa; Calabresi, Danilo, Helander; Mattiello, Svanberg, Pulgar, Soriano, Dijks; Destro, Sansone.

Juventus XI: Szczesny; De Sciglio, Benatia, Bonucci, Spinazzola; Can, Pjanic, Khedira; Bernardeschi, Kean, Douglas Costa.

1-0 Juve. Bernardeschi scores after keeper Da Costa spills it on the edge of the box. A gift.

And Kean makes it 2-0 early in the second half. Got a bit of fortune with how the ball fell to him but he tucked it away. That should be that.

Ronaldo on for the last thirty minutes replacing Kean.

No goal for Ron in the end.

Hopefully these will be better than the last 16 games which were fairly flat as a whole. Was glad for Cutrone to get a brace. I'd rather give him a starting role when Higuain is hopefully gone.

Juve 1 up in the super cup against a Milan side so lacking in top quality it gives me a headache watching them.
Ronaldo with a header; anyone with power in their hands would have kept it out but Donnarumma let it past him.

Another quality counter-attack goal from Gervinho to help Parma win away at Udinese.

4 goals from Duvan Zapata against Frosinone to put him level with Ronaldo and Quagliarella at the top of the scoring charts. He's having a great season.

Fiorentina vs Sampdoria looked very entertaining. Muriel got two goals on his Fiorentina debut against his former side. This one was quality:

Really interesting match on tonight in Italy

    AC Milan V Napoli @ 19:30pm

    Should be fascinating

Quagliarella is 36 at the end of this month and he's top of the scoring charts. What an inspiration.

Inter are such a frustrating team

Was watching the highlights on the Serie A Youtube channel and there were some thrilling games today.

SPAL winning 3-2 away at Parma despite having been 2-0 down. Atalanta getting a 3-3 draw with Roma despite having been 3-0 down and Zapata missing a penalty. Chievo losing 4-3 at home to Fiorentina despite Fiorentina having a man sent off, plus having a penalty which Lafont saved.

Bologna losing 4-0 at home to fellow relegation strugglers Frosinone. They had a man sent off early on and never recovered.

    It's terrible finishing by Lazio.

They should be 2 up by now
