Keep OnePlus 3T or move to Huawei P20 lite

Hi there, I currently have a OnePlus 3T but the battery has gone a little (still gets most of a day sometimes) but it is heating up randomly. I was thinking of moving to Huawei P20 lite? Would that be an upgrade/downgrade?
