Cannot change my account?

    My 12 month contract just ended and now you are charging me €83 for just broadband  and phone and I want a cheaper deal if possible. After being on hold with 1901 for 4 hours over the last 2 days I finally got through to be told that there was no cheaper deals available to me and they couldn't offer me a reduction. IS this the case? Do I really have to leave rather than you helping to keep me?
