Covering maternity leave and remuneration

Hey all Just wondering... my manager is pregnant and when she goes on maternity leave my workload and responsibilities will increase for that time as i take on her role. Am i entitled to any increase in salary for this temporary period. Im just curious. Thanks

Everything is open to negotiation but you've no legal right AFAIK. Your contract will outline any overtime payments.
