Likewise, I do like the level of violence in it

I'm enjoying it too surprisingly. A bit darker than expected. Great soundtrack too.

Really late getting too it but Master of None is excellent. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it yet. Best thing I've watched in ages.

It's excellent! There is so many layers of genius to it.

Watched two so far, and had to pry myself away from the TV. It's brilliant.

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. The characters get a more fleshed out as it goes on and it hits the topical topics. And some parts are laugh out loudable.

Came across an eight part horror series called Slasher. Just finished watching it last night and I must say I really enjoyed it. It's about a group of friends who decide to take revenge on a female friend who is very devious and nasty towards them.

Without going to much into the plot as I don't want to spoil it for any of you who may decide to watch it. Basically the group of friends invite the friend who is jealous of the relationships they have with each other on a camping trip and in order to get their revenge the decide to leave her in a remote part of the forest but things go horrible wrong someone starts murdering the friends one by one. Each murder is pretty gruesome so if you don't like blood and guts I wouldn't recommend it.

It has a great twist to the storyline and it keeps up the intensity so after the first episode i was hooked. When one episode finished I just had go straight on to the next one as to find out who would be next for the chop.

It's like a who done it storyline that keeps you guessing right up to the end. Alsot it's a Canadian production and I would definitely recommend it as a time filler. If I was to rate it out of ten I would give it an eight.

I watched You over the last few days. I think the first two episodes, especially the first one, are the worst. But it definitely gets better and the last half is decidedly better than the first half.

Only ten 45 minute episodes so it's an easy watch over a few days. Not one of Netflix's best but entertaining enough. Kinda like the Netflix equivalent of fast food.

Did anyone else feel sorry for the main stalker? Or just me. :D:D

Thanks so much for the recommendation. I'm always looking for news series and this one looks good.

    Thanks again. :)

I watched a show the other night about a Japanese woman going to an American family house to help them tidy. Seriously, just tidy. Not a makeover. The house wasn't even that bad.

They got rid of clothes they didn't need and put away the cutlery in the kitchen. The before and after shots were gas. Room with bed unmade and clothes lying about, next shot bed was made and clothes put away.

Talk about money for old rope fair play to the Japanese woman for doing it but I won't get that hour back again

As soon as I saw it I text my daughter who definitely has an undiagnosed version of OCD and she was on episode 5. :D:D:D:D:D

She loves this kind of stuff and has all the her wardrobes sorted the exact same way since. :P

You have to be a bit OCD to watch these programmes I think.

I like the genuine hoarder programmes but you're right that couple were just normal joe soaps.

I've been watching You and I'm mixed on it. Lots of plot holes but it's not supposed to be taken too seriously I suppose. Reminds me of a 90's type sitcom.

I hope she washes that green cushion.

It's kind of like easy watching isn't it? Definitely not to be taken too seriously throughout and has enough suspense to keep you hooked plus the episodes are only 40 mins long.

As one of the few people who watched Friends From College season 1, I can confirm Season 2 is an improvement. But you have to be able enjoy grown adults being absolutely terrible people, and not quite as cartoonishly as in IASIP.

^ I didn't mind the first series.. largely quite enjoyable but yeah, a hugely unlikable cast.

Watched the first episode of 'Sex Education'.. thought it was quite good!

Bobby Robson: More Than a Manger is a fantastic documentary.

Just watched Bird Box. Not sure if it got more ridiculous as it progressed or if I got drunker. I was gripped at the start but it went a bit shlte. Decent enough but could have been better. Ending was crap. I wanted to see the monster thing. I was fully certain
after they arrived at the safe place at the end it was going to show right at the end that they had looked at it and were in fact dead and that the safe place with the birds was a kind of heaven[/ spoiler] Bit grim maybe

I watched The Barkley Marathons last night, which was a fascinating look at a gruelling, quite secretive ultramarathon in the US. With a distance of 100-130 miles (split into 5 loops, at least 2 of which are at night) over a maximum of 60 hours, most people who enter fail to complete it.

Great documentary. I loved the entry fee. An unbelievable feat to finish for the entrants.

Each to their own..Last finisher was an ex pro triathlete. Since 1986 there has only been 15 finishers. That's pretty exceptional, amateur, pro or joker! It's a very good watch. The organizer is quite the character.

There was an Irish entrant last year, he is a poster on boards I think

There is the write up on the Irish man who tried it.
