Mobile Cut off for Unpaid Bill- Cannot get through to CS

    I pay by DD. I have been on hold for 55 mins only to be told I have nothing outstanding but I need to transfer you. I still have no services and have been on hold again for 45 mins an counting.

    Can someone please call me back? I cannot go without my phone. Am livid.
