Nightline Delivery - Issues

    Hi, nightline have a parcel to deliver to me. I have received a call from a mobile number the last 2 days but every time I answer the call, no one speaks.

    Everytime I ring back, I get voicemail saying can't answer as driving.

    I have even texted the number ringing me.

    The tracker keeps updating saying not delivered but there has been no attempted delivery as I have been home at all.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry I meant to say that. I have rang the call centre who said 'let me see if I can ring him, oh I was hoping there would be a different name assigned to it, this fella is hard to get hold off"

    I've been home this week but back to work next week and I need to sign for deliver.

    They told me to ring again on Monday as they can't do anything about it but try a different delivery driver then.

    Worst service ever

    Is there a number to call for Nightline?

    They say that they tried to deliver a parcel to me at 10:25 this morning but nobody in (there was). So now I need to contact them.
