    I called Eir customer care on 20 December and signed up to an additional 12 month contract. The rep I spoke with advised I was signing up to eir Complete Broadband & Phone for 12 months at €40 per month. I got an email at the same time from getmore@eir.ie confirming the same details (i.e. €40/month). On 25 December, I got my first bill which states that my monthly charge is €45 per month and not the €40 per month which I was originally advise. Can someone please look into this?

    I'd be interested to see how this faired out Pininfarina.. Seems I can't extent my Eir complete broadband contract.
