Options on cancellation of cinema event

Hi guys,

We bought some tickets for the Dirty Dancing Sing Along Cinema which was going to be screened on Fri 9 November 2018 at 7.00PM.

They cancelled the event afterwards and haven't refunded us for the tickets until now.

Tickets were bought via TicketSource for the WhatCinema Now event. TicketSource says that WhatCinema Now has stopped communicating with them and, since they used their own their own credit/debit card processing facility, that my booking contract is directly with WhatCinema Now, which is not replying either.

Besides, all events gone, facebook page gone and you can't find anything on them, besides some articles on the same thing that happened in the Uk.

Anyone else in this situation? What did you do/are doing?
