Help getting add on bundle removed

    Hi Eir,

    Not having any luck getting through on the phone/webchat - but I need to cancel a mobile broadband bundle from my account please.
    It is out of contract.  If I PM details can one of you help?

    The only way that you can cancel is by contacting our cancellation team. 

    Unfortunately, I would be unable to process a cancellation here.
