Experience of returning faulty item bargaintown?

    Hi

    Had Bargaintown dining table delivered last Monday 17/12, all was fine with it. Oak veneer type.

    This morning as im wiping down table some of the veneer came off (around 1cm diameter in size).

    Anyone returned anything to Bargaintown that's faulty? Their site just says damaged goods should be pointed out to delivery guys!?
