    Hi, I have potentially a very stupid question but I'm just setting up our new LG Oled TV connected to Virgin Media cable and I'm stuck - from the image attached what frequency do I choose? Thanks!

    None of them. You are not using the cable tuner on the TV. You just plug in the Virgin box and change the hdmi source. That's it.
