Does anyone know how long it takes for them to process packages at their GSP Hub in Lichfield UK? Been there 4 days and no update on the tracker, understandably they would be busy but I’m worried as I need this package in time for Xmas day.

A week or even two sometimes. Disgraceful and useless service.
