Apparently Fergie tore him apart in the dressing room for doing that, told him thats not how we do it here.

I’d have to hear and see someone swear by that to believe it. I’d say Fergie thought it was brilliant but had to pretend it was wrong in public to ensure the FA didn’t try make an example of utd over it.

Did you mean to spell the above as “that no how” because I read it with a Scottish accent and it fits.

I take it or at least hope Ole is in charge for the weekend?

Perfect isn't it. Up against Cardiff. Either bury them and let us go wild with dreams of a fairytale or get crushed and his previous reign with them highlighted more. No in between, I love it.

Like many said in here, actually excited to see us playing again.

He's had hardly anytime with the squad, I'm not expecting much from the Cardiff game. I'd like to see how he does over the next few months in terms of team selection and how those players preform.

Top 4 would be a miracle that I'm not expecting him to pull off.

    Phil Jones in hospital AGAIN!

    I'm partial to your abracadabra
I'm raptured by the joy of it all

Fergie was wrong about a few things, like Taibi, Goram, Prunier etc etc

Ole did what he had to do.

I don't think either of the Gorams were as bad as Taibai or Prunier

I can’t wait for Saturday, it’s either gonna end in tears of joy or misery, it’s mad how we’ve gotten rid of one manager who divided fans opinions and straight into another one but I reckon Poch is the only manager that would be universally accepted by everyone so I’m keeping the fingers crossed that’s the plan, COME ON UNITED

You would think so, but there are already people who will talk about him having no trophies to his name.

I thought Ole coming in for the short term with a long term plan in place would be universally accepted... the interweb is a dark place man.

I'd put Martial, Shaw and Lukaku in more of list. Lukaku has it in him to improve.

I'd add Young to your less of list

Genuinely excited for a game against Cardiff when just last week I could barely register an interest in a Liverpool game.

By the time Mourinho was Pochettino's age he had 5 league titles, a Uefa cup and a CL amongst others. Pochettino has two 3rd place finish in the PL with a 2nd place. Mourinho has proven in the last 3 years that he is capable of winning the league. Pochettino has not.

That is a very good point , Will Ole treat it as write off ?

if so Rashford , Dalot, Fred and other young players should probably start a lot,

People like Young, Valencia, Mata, and anyone else who it could be there last season should see little action ,

I can't for the life of me understand why people think Mata should be pushed out the door. He's exactly the type of player this team needs. A smart and experienced player who reads the game brilliantly and is always one step ahead of everyone else. Look at how often he tries to put a player in behind the last man, only for that player to just not be on the same wavelength.

You would assume the players will be a lot sharper and the team becomes more fluid, and Mata can still have a big say in that.

Why didn’t you tell us that sooner, we never would of sacked him if we’d known.

Mata is very underrated. Intelligent player with great finishing, close passing and control. We need that to unlock 10 man defenses.

Can’t see anything in that link but if it was to imply I have anything but supported the idea of Pochettino for United I would dispute that entirely. I have long been wishing for him to be our manager but always said he was never going to leave Spurs for us due to their upturn in form at the same time as our downturn. The timing also seemed to be wrong. This time it feels right.

If you find the link I was probably thanking it in support of Jose as I did actually support him up until the City home game last year. I don’t need to píss on one person to praise another.
